I don't believe in depriving you, putting you on "rabbit food" diets, starving you, and making you give up your favorite foods. Quite the opposite, in fact. Most people are worried that I'm having them eat too much food! You're still going to enjoy all your favorites, including a glass of wine or some chocolate, if you want and all your favorite foods you have with family and friends.
